FESTO. wat nonsense.

today was our festo presentation
festo is an electronic company for those of u who duno
they're holding this event to allow students to showcase they're final year project
held in my sch
there were a total of 9 teams
1st prize-$1000
2nd prize-$750
3rd prize-$500
so i shall summarise abt our project:
we designed a circuit tat helps monitor the aquarium
inform the owner of the water conditions
for eg. the temp's 19 degrees
it's too cold for the fish to survive
it will trigger of a data sent to the transceiver
which will sms the owner of the temp
from there, the owner reply to switch on the heater
same can be done for lights, ph value, water level, chlorine concentration, lights on and off.
mainly for pple who keep expensive fishes and most of the time they"re not at home
most chinese business man believe tat if their fish die
poor business, or low profit
it's not even out in the market yet.

aft everything came the award presentation
starting from 3rd prize-penalty shootout(ite west)
2nd prize-musical fountain(ite central)
and the moment i've been waiting for.
1st prize...drum roll...laser shooting!!(ite west)
wat!?! wat nonsense?!? we lost?!?
our hearts cried foul but it wouldn't help
how did we lost? wat went wrong?
we definitely deserve to win
penalty shootout-2 controllers. 1 controls direction of ball the other controls goalkeeper.
i mite as well play winning eleven

sentosa and suntec have wat. wat the use of presenting wat we have in s'pore.
i pee and whistle at the same time is also called musical fountain rite?
laser shooting-sensors attached to gun and another to moving object
COUNTERSTRIKE has more fun.
how did we still lose? wat were on the judges mind?
our efforts and hard work gone to waste
where's the standard, festo?
devastated but hard luck was all i could say

My BORING Batam holiday... =(

Harbourfront port.. to Batam.. Ferry ride.. Aprox: 1hr..

Roadside stall food..battered fried shrimps.. quite nice..

Pathetic lunch&dinner.... @ Golden Prawn 933.. + Golden prawn 555.

After lunch supernatural entertainment..
they ate charcoal.. glass.. jumped into a loop of fire..

hm... yeah... indonesian bomoh stuffs...

Only nice thing was the room.. it was nice and big...
bought new sunnies but shopping at batam kinda sucks.
everything's closed cuz of CNY as well..

One thing though.. POLO Ralph Lauren is hell cheap there..
1/3 the price of Sg's.. I didnt buy much though...

1 Polo-T & 1 dress shirt.. hm... yeah...

I had the idea we were going to the beach resort.. Like the one I went to as a child..

nope.. not even close.. =( how sad... I missed the Bubs terribly during the trip..

All I did was sleep.. eat.. sleep... eat... hm~ boring...

Hey'all.. I'm back from BATAAM.. It was uh... pretty weird.. and boring... cuz most of the shops were closed for the new year.. we didnt go to the beach resort I thought we'd go... [The one i went to when I was about 9? BEAUTIFUL resort... but NOOOO... we bloody lived in some ulu 4 star hotel... so new it hardly has much facilities.. and it doesnt have that nice hotel smokey smell... Oh well.. ulu to the max..

NING..... 'yes boss' is not my punchline..... take it off... GEES~ I sya that when I cant be bothered to argue with the B... not out of spontaniety... lol~ I'm not slave-like of any sort k... tsktsk!

now, i can't understand why when people borrow books from me it doesnt come back. i know you can afford it, but if you wanna borrow from SO MANY PEOPLE as you claim, jolly well know which books you borrowed and RETURN THEM. i don't understand why you keep standing your ground and thinking you are right because when you look at the facts, you aren't. and it really is a stupid lame-arse reason to say you dont know which books are mine. because when you come and pick a whole bag home, i only can remember half the tittles. i don't memorize all the tittles, and i don't remember all the books i've read. say it's my fault i didnt make a list and yes you're damn right it's my fault to think you had a sense of responsibility. here's a tip, put mine in a pile and write my name fucking big on a piece of paper and make sure you know. it's been more than a year you irresponsible people.

12 feb means xing's birthday

monday was my birthday but i celebrated it 2 days in advance.
went over to barks for dinner wif kylie, joe, brian and J.
den we head back to brians hse for cake cutting.
played card games wif torturing punishment.

aft all tat, we went clubbing at zouk. it's my 1st time being so i'm very new to the place.
comparing it to MOS, i prefer MOS.
stuff like the smoke machine in MOS is sprayed over the dancing crowd.
but at zouk, its sprayed at full pressure.
i couldn't even see joe who was beside me.
i did move a little becos of the pressure and it came so unexpected.
also u've to pay extra cash to transfer room.
which means u listen to the same genre of music the whole nite.
well, but it didn't spoiled my nite cos i became high pretty fast.
so bad tat i had to beg brian and the rest to stop,

just to hear brian say its onli the beginning...

i couldn't rmb wat reli happened tat nite.
so i asked kylie and joe wat happened cos they quite sober though joe was reli tipsy.
brian was as bad as me.

things i didnt realise:
* me walkin into the bar and playing wif the cash machine.
* how many drinks i drank.
* the name tat joe gave me tat nite
* getting out of zouk and into the cab
* hittin the cabby in the arm and his chair
* me and brian rollin on the road.
* brian nearly fell into the drain.
* brian slpin in the middle of the road.
lol.

& on 12 feb,
i went to sch cos classes were on.
hopin tat i wouldnt get bashed or killed by my sch friends.
went straight to class and sat quietly at my sit.

prayin hard tat none of my friends would rmb it's my birthday.

this cake was made for me by my ex gf.
yesterday, Xing's Birthday.
tml Valentine's Day.
the day aft tml, Total Defence Day.
this sun, Chinese New Year.
happening week rite?

Things (that im not so proud of) happened over this week but i think it's pretty much settled this SAT.. though ning wasnt around... *btw... DEEPEST CONDOLENCES to ning...* It's Xing's birthday thingy this weekend and it was fully SIIICCCCK man! lol... K... let's just say.....

we had about 12 FLAMING LAMBORGHINIS.... 4 SHOTS of tequilas... 1 jug + 3 glasses or bourbon and coke.. and 2 glasses of Vodka sprite... we were fully sick.. prolly i am the least sick cuz im still typing alright... and that I can stilll fuckin see what im doing though im not watching my language...... Fuckin oath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
